Standard shipping rates apply to UPS ground service
to the contiguous 48 states. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico, Canada, and for air service, please contact us with your requirements
and address so that we can calculate rates. Items identified in the catalog as "Bulky Item" are subject
to the indicated shipping surcharge in addition to the rates provided below. Paypal will generate a subtotal
for products and any shipping surcharges that apply and then add standard shipping after billing information is
entered.
Most products are in stock for immediate shipment. If an item is not in stock, shipment can be delayed by up
to 3 weeks.
Payment Methods
If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you
may do so by adding the item to your shopping cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express for online
orders. If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately, subject to availability. If you pay by personal
check, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your check.
Privacy Policy Contact information including email address,
shipping address, telephone number, etc. which is provided to us by you is used solely for the purpose of completing your
order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers,
expiration dates, billing address, etc. is used solely to bill our customer for their order.
Return Policy Change your mind? Need a bigger Mono Vault? No problem.
Send it back within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price less shipping. The Mono Vault must be in as-new condition
and un-used. Contact sales@polyfarm.net to make arrangements.
Warranty Due to the wide variety of applications, our warranty
is limited to workmanship and materials. We do not warranty the suitability of our products for any specific application.
If our product fails within one year and it is evident, in the judgment of Poly Farm, LLC, that the item was not constructed
consistent with the quality of the Poly Farm product line, then Poly Farm will, at it's sole discretion, either repair, replace,
or refund the purchase price of, the item in question. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to
and from Poly Farm. Due to the nature of the molding process, some amount of distortion is normal.
Disclaimer Poly Farm, LLC products are intended for responsible
use. The customer is charged with the responsibility for ultimately determining the suitability of any product
for their particular use. Poly Farm, LLC assumes no responsibility for any liability resulting from irresponsible
product use. Some products may include a "Baby in Bucket" warning label. Obviously, babies and
buckets do not mix. ANY large opening container with even a small amount of water is a drowning hazard
for babies, toddlers, and children. Poly Farm, LLC does not want any child to ever be harmed
by irresponsible use of its product. Burial applications are particularly hazardous as would be any open well or similar
cavity in the ground leading potentially to injury or death. This hazard is to any person, pet or other
animal that might fall or step into the open hole or container. It is the customer's responsibility never to leave
such a hazard untended during installation and to adequately secure the installation against any such residual hazard.
